Amicale Football Club disband from the Vanuatu football system is related to FIFA Transfer system or TMS.
The FIFA Transfer Matching System is an online platform for FIFA’s Member’s Associations to record player transfers between clubs.
Vanuatu Football Federation confirms Amicale’s failure to supply vital information to FIFA TMS has caused the devastation blow to the club, since the club was a favorite to many fans in Vanuatu and around the region.
The club has a record of the highest imports playing in competitions locally and regionally in the previous years.
The introduction of the system was approved by the FIFA Congress in 2009, and was made mandatory from 1 October 2010.
All clubs participating in the leagues today are encouraged to follow football guidelines set by VFF and FIFA or will be subjected to penalties.
