International Culinary Studio’s purpose is to provide technology driven culinary education and based in New Zealand.

Pacific Mini Games Van2017 Renowned chef Robert Oliver dropped in on one of the the teams supporting the Pacific Mini Games in Vanuatu to talk to the chefs & cooks who are cooking for up to 3000 per meal.

They are making sure the athletes and everyone participating in the 10th Pacific Mini Game in Vanuatu are eating right.

Ken Thompson has been a chef for the past 43 years and brings a wealth of experience to the field of culinary education and has been going around the game village to make sure the cooks are delivering the best food to the athletes and everyone.
