PORT VILA – The Paradise FM 98 Radio Station is now promoting Vanuatu Broadcasting and Television Corporation Kassav’ event tickets now out for grabs.
The ticket pricing have not changed despite public opinion on social media about its price as too expensive.
You can find the tickets on sale at the VBTC building and in some outlets around Port Vila.
Kassav’ will hit Port Vila on October 5th at the Korman Stadium with platinum tickets selling as high as 10,000 vatu.
Vanuatu fans are crazy of Kassav’ and Zouk its part of the music taste here.

This video footage captured a group of Vanuatu seasonal workers in New Zealand working with the tunes of Kassav’ and one can assume only it connects them to their hometown and families.
The Island was once colonized by French, hence the culture between Guadeloupe a French overseas region in the southern Caribbean Sea; the music, the language spoken at large, annual commemoration of the francophonie day.
Everyone here is excited about the band coming and you can feel the passion and yearning desire to jump to the Caribbean beat, you can feel it already in the social media group YUMI TOKTOK STRET and YU SAVE SEH!.
Kassav’ is a Caribbean band formed in Guadeloupe in 1979.
The core members of the band are Jocelyne Béroard, Jacob Desvarieux, Jean-Philippe Marthély, Patrick St. Eloi, Jean-Claude Naimro, Claude Vamur and Georges Décimus (who left to form Volt Face and returned).[Photo: Wikipedia]
