The VUI electrical company is coming under fire by Luganville residents for the rising number of power cuts.
Residents are complaining about the frequent power cuts which are disturbing businesses and homes alike.
On Wednesday, the power failed three times whilst a local surgeon was operating a patient.
The power cuts now happening daily is being questioned but VUI have not yet come out with a public statement.
