The spread of the Church Of Christ in the farthest reaches of the globe continues to manifest itself as members and visitors alike make their way to the newly built Village Chapel in the rural area of Teouma, Vanuatu.
With the grace and guidance of the Church Administration, Teouma was approved to be a Group Worship Service and to also build a Village Chapel.
It truly was God’s miracle that with the adverse weather conditions and unseemly odds working against the brethren, that the beautiful Village Chapel in Teouma was built.
The Worship Service was officiated by District Minister, Brother Raul F. Adalla and brethren from all over the District of Australia-East including newly baptised members and visitors from Laken, Prima, Blacksands and now Teouma villages gathered in the Village Chapel.
It was a joyous occasion that uplifted the spirits of those who attended, giving them inspiration to carry forward with the Church Of Christ’s mission in Vanuatu.
Teouma Village is the third Group Worship Service to be established in the Vanuatu archipelago since October 2017, with Brother Glenn David, a minister of the gospel overseeing the spiritual needs of the brethren in Vanuatu.
