USP Open Day 2015

The annual USP Open Day will for this year 2015, will began this afternoon the 12th of August 2015 with a public forum. The “BECOMING MELANESIAN: THE ROAD TO JOINING THE MSG – PROCESSES, RULES AND APPLICATIONS” (USP Conference Room). The forum will commence at 7pm Vanuatu time.

The three day program will see a range of activities including discussions and presentations from students and a lot of cultural activities from the students from around the pacific studying at the Emalus Campus here in Vanuatu.

The USP Parade consisting of DFL, Fiji, FSM, Kiribati, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Turani, Tuvalu, Vanuatu Law Students, Secondary School Students and USP Staff escorted by VMF band and the Comforters Brass Band will began at Saralana, pass through Port Vila Town on the way up to USP.

Speakers at the opening will be MP Ralph Regenvanu and Professor Donald Paterson.

Please do come and enjoy the three day event. The highlight of the event will be the Cultural Performances. Don’t miss out.
